Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of the Zentryc website, the ZenPlus monitoring platform, and the ZenShield log analytics platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Zentryc's services, website (zentryc.com), ZenPlus, or ZenShield platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Zentryc provides AI-powered infrastructure monitoring (ZenPlus) and log management and security analytics (ZenShield) solutions. Our services are delivered as on-premises software that runs within your infrastructure.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:
- Use the services to violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the services.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the services.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the software.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Zentryc and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing plan selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in your service agreement.
7. Service Level Agreement
Enterprise customers receive a dedicated SLA as part of their service agreement. Details of uptime guarantees, support response times, and remedies are outlined in individual contracts.
8. Data Ownership
You retain all rights to your data. Zentryc does not claim ownership over any data you process through our services. With on-premises deployments, your data remains entirely within your control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zentryc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be discontinued, but your on-premises data remains yours.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our platform with at least 30 days notice.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
